Refund Policy – ULV Productions

 

Because all songs are custom-created and personalized, all sales are final once production has begun.

 

If a cancellation request is made before work has started, a refund may be issued at the discretion of ULV Productions.

 

Minor revisions are allowed when requested respectfully and within the original creative scope of the project.

 

Refunds will not be issued for completed custom songs, as they are uniquely created and cannot be resold.
