My name is Preston Harbin, and I’m the founder of ULV Productions.

Music has been a part of my life for over 40 years — not just as an artist, but as a songwriter, producer, engineer, and manager. Over the years, I’ve worked both behind the scenes and on the front lines of music, helping shape songs, guide artists, and develop groups with intention and integrity.

I’ve had the opportunity to manage multiple music groups and collaborate with some of the top gospel artists, experiences that deepened my understanding of how music connects people on a spiritual, emotional, and human level. Those years taught me that the most powerful songs aren’t just well-produced — they’re honest, personal, and meaningful.

ULV Productions was created to bring that same level of care and experience to individuals, not just artists. I specialize in creating custom songs for all occasions — love songs, weddings, anniversaries, faith-based messages, family tributes, and personal reflections.
